All You Need to Know

01

Free Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Free shipping pan-India on most products. Ready-to-ship items dispatch in 3–7 working days; made-to-order/custom items usually 10–21 working days. Delivery after dispatch is typically 5–10 working days for metros and 7–15 days for other locations. You’ll receive live tracking once your order ships.

02

Easy Assembly

Most products are DIY (knock-down) with a step-by-step guide and tools in the box. Need help? Ask our team for assembly assistance availability in your city.

03

2-Year Warranty

We offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty on structure and hardware. It covers manufacturing defects; it doesn’t cover normal wear & tear, water/chemical damage, or misuse. For support, share your order ID and photos/video.

04

Premium Materials & Build

Choose from Solid Wood, Engineered Wood (E1/E0 grade), and Stainless Steel with PVD paired with genuine/engineered marble. We use high-quality hardware for stability, smooth edges, and long life.

05

Custom Sizes & Finishes

Need a different size, finish, or fabric? We do customization. Share your dimensions or reference image; our team will confirm feasibility, price, and lead time.

06

Safe Packaging

Large products such as Beds and Dining Sets ship in multiple boxes for safety. Please unbox with a quick video and keep outer cartons until setup is complete—this helps us resolve any transit issues fast.

07

Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

If something arrives damaged/defective, request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. Custom-made items aren’t returnable unless damaged/defective. Cancellations are accepted before dispatch.

08

Care & Maintenance

Wood Wipe dry; avoid standing water/heat. Use coasters.

Marble Use mats/coasters; clean with mild solution; avoid acids.

Stainless Steel/PVD Soft cloth only; no abrasives.

Hardware Re-tighten screws every 6 months for best stability.

09

Bulk Orders & Interior Projects

We offer project pricing for interior designers, architects, hospitality & offices. Share your BOQ or drawings for a fast quote, timelines, and logistics plan. Exports supported.
